1. Try something you've never done before!

There are millions of activities in the fitness world and new things to learn. For example; try different types of workouts/classes, or join a race you’ve never done before.





2. Goals!

Always set new goals for yourself, and once you’ve reached one, challenge yourself to always be awesome. Make sure the goal is realistic and achievable, after all, anything is possible if you set your mind to it huh?


Setting smaller goals (micro goals) will help you celebrate the small victories as well,

Such as finally completing 1 push up!


3. Workout with different people!

Meeting new people is always fun and learning about other people's workout routines is a way for you to see what else is out there and how you can make your workouts more interesting.




4. Food!

We all know food is the most challenging part when trying to reach specific goals.

Challenge yourself to change up your diet and see if that finally gives you that Jlo body you’ve always wanted.



5. Find friends who won’t let you off the hook!

You’re less likely to hit snooze or head home for the night if you know you’re canceling for the 10th time on your friend.


6. Enjoy the ride!

It‘s not always about how you look.

If you're mentally feeling healthier after a workout, that’s a win!
